FFI Peer-Learning Site Case Studies
FFI is releasing a set of case studies on each of the four Peer-Learning Sites. The case studies provide an overview of each counties’ cross-sector data-sharing platform or strategy that enables identification of their familiar faces and the program that is specifically designed to support familiar faces and improve outcomes through jail reentry planning, intensive case management, expedited service delivery, targeted outreach and other innovative approaches.
The Peer-Learning Sites are available for a limited number of one-on-one peer calls each month; countries interested in connecting should reach out to Nina Ward (nward@naco.org).
